More than 30 million individuals in the United States live with urologic conditions that affect their quality of life. Urologists specialize in the diagnosis and treatment of conditions of the urinary tracts of males and females, and the reproductive system of males. Urology combines the management of medical (i.e., non-surgical) problems such as urinary tract infections and benign prostatic hyperplasia, as well as surgical procedures that are used to treat cancers, the correction of congenital abnormalities and correcting stress incontinence.
Our Doctors
Jefferson Surgical Clinic urologists are board-certified and trained in the medical and surgical treatment of urology. Our doctors graduated from accredited medical schools, passed a licensing examination, and completed several years of graduate medical education to earn their physician licenses.
