JSC and Carilion share the same philosophy about the practice of medicine. As a patient, you’ll receive the same care and compassion from your surgical provider. Also, you’ll have access to additional resources including MyChart, a secure online health management tool, and easy connections to many specialty services through an electronic medical record system.

We wish Dr. Joseph Hayes, one of the Jefferson Surgical Clinic’s urologists, the best of luck as he relocates his practice to New Mexico, effective September, 6th, 2013. All the current Roanoke and surrounding community patients of Dr. Hayes should know that your medical records will be maintained at the Jefferson Surgical Clinic.

And you will still receive the highest quality care from JSC’s team of board-certified urologists in Roanoke, Salem and the surrounding areas. Drs. Rodney Poffenberger, Charles Daniel, and Mark Schmidt will continue to treat urological conditions – providing you and your loved ones with the healthcare advice, support and treatment you deserve.
